Temple Sinai is a community-centric synagogue, serving as the vibrant center of Jewish life in West Houston. We fulfill the broad religious, spiritual, educational, and social needs of Jews of all ages. It does not matter if you are religious or not, we provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members to enjoy being Jewish together.
There is always something going on at Temple Sinai. Our hallways are full of life, laughter, and social togetherness. In addition to our many organized events, members also create opportunities of their own to bring people together – from a pick-up game of Mahjong to going to a baseball game with the guys.
Temple Sinai is also a spiritual home for Jews to connect with the Divine. We seek to engage members in a way that resonates with both traditional and contemporary worshippers. Rabbi David Lipper is exceptional at creating meaningful and thoughtful prayer experiences that warm the Jewish soul.
